House of Leaves
is a book
by
Mark

Danielewski,
and though it has been published in year 2000
it came to my attention
recently.
It is a great book on several levels -
first
it
is
closed
into
itself
(Navidson is reading a book called "House of Leaves" in his final return to the
house,
so there is a closure of the
labyrinth universe
right there),
and
horror love

*for true love invokes true horrors
and last but not least there are all kinds of puzzles, codes and hidden
passages
throughout the book.

And there are a lot of questions, questions within questions, subtly layed out for the reader, and for his/hers place in the whole story
{This is not for you. }
I am closing the last line and when I do cross it, I will write something more (though as I've heard there is a whole forum dedicated to that book).
In any case - definitely a must read.
