How does a normal day start? Waking up, going to the bathroom to wash the sleep away, then looking at the hot coffee inside the cup - a dark swirling mass of energy ready to infiltrate the body. Taking a sip - slowly as the warmth spreads throughout the veins, and the mind is reborn into consciousness. The only problem being that I do not drink coffee in the morning, I prefer tea. A lot more caffeine and it keeps you awake longer.
The more I think about the habits that populate our existence, the more I am inclined to give up on most of them. Freedom and control are the ends of all our actions. But more on that later...
